The centre
From the spacious outdoor areas to the central piazza, Bear Park Remuera is natural, transparent and inspiring. The performing arts room and the central and classroom ateliers encourage children to engage in dance, drama, music, art and more.
With inspiration from Reggio Emilia, our teachers have a passion for inspiring wonder, creativity, imagination and investigation, fostering children's hundred languages and unravelling their theories alongside them.
The role
Bear Park Remuera is looking for an experienced unqualified teacher, or a teacher in training, for a planning cover position: 14 hours per week, Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00am to 4.30pm.
This role exists because every Bear Park teacher gets three hours of dedicated planning time each week. You keep the rooms humming while they plan, which means working with all of our age groups alongside a dedicated planning cover team. With more teachers in the room than the ratio asks, it is a genuine opportunity to grow your ECE teaching career.
